Order return

The rules for returning purchased goods in the creolink.lv online store have been developed in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Latvia.


The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the Buyer.


If the buyer does not like the shape, size, color, model or package of the product, the Seller will exchange or accept the product back within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product. Shipping costs are not refundable. The Buyer returns the unsatisfied goods with his own vehicle or pays the return costs. Items must be returned in the packaging in which they were delivered. The package must be undamaged, clean, properly prepared and wrapped.


The buyer may exercise the right to return the product if the product has not been used, has not been damaged and has not lost its sales appearance. Returned goods must be fully assembled. The buyer is responsible for complete assembly and packaging of the product. The seller or his representative may refuse to accept returned goods if they are not fully assembled and properly packaged. The changes made in the appearance of the goods or their packaging, which were necessary for the examination of the goods, cannot be considered as significant changes in the appearance of the goods. The seller may refuse to accept the product if its packaging was deliberately torn, broken or otherwise damaged and has lost its salable appearance. The package must be undamaged, clean, properly prepared and wrapped.


If the purchased product did not meet the quality requirements, that is, it was defective, the Buyer is obliged to inform the Seller about it within seven working days from the day of receiving the product. After the expiration of this term, the Seller has the right not to accept claims related to the quality of the product. Within 30 days from the date of submission of the request, the Seller undertakes to replace low-quality goods with high-quality ones, to reduce the price of the goods accordingly or to return the money paid for the goods and their delivery. Goods must be returned in the original goods and shipping packaging. The buyer must provide the original invoice for the goods.


If the Seller has refused to accept the returned goods, the Buyer is obliged to receive them back at his own expense within 14 working days. After this period, it is considered that the Buyer refuses to receive the goods for his own reasons, and the Buyer has no financial claims. In that case, the money paid for the goods is not returned to the Buyer.
Products modified (for example, cut) at the customer's request are not returned.


All disagreements between the Buyer and SIA PrintPack Service resulting from the purchase are resolved through negotiations. If an agreement is not reached, disagreements are resolved in accordance with the procedure provided for in the legislation of the Republic of Latvia.
